Among its benefits, yoga workshop helps improve your yoga knowledge, by providing you with the opportunity to delve deeper into different aspects of the practice, such as focusing on technique, yoga philosophy
and breathing (pranayama) practices. They can have a specific focus on the physical aspects of yoga

At Be Present Yoga the beginners yoga course is aimed at those with no experience of yoga, with a focus on supporting individuals who want to combat general stiffness, aches and pains. It will also teach you how to become more aware of your breath and support relaxation. There is no yoga experience necessary. These 5 week courses are specifically designed to help balance and re-align your body, improve general flexibility, promote relaxation and deepen your breath awareness. They are run thought the year at various venues.

One to one sessions or small groups are a great way to improve and deepen your own personal practice of yoga. Typically a one to one session will be tailor made to suit the student. A small group can be tailor made to the group and lots of fun.
